The third season of the ESAG Women Development Program was launched by Group HCD, bringing together 17 participants from various entities. During the launch, Group Chief Human Capital Officer, Vamshi Patwari, encouraged participants to make the most of this opportunity by building on their strengths and discovering new ways to contribute meaningfully to ESAG, while broadening their personal and professional horizons.

In a special segment, participants from the first and second seasons, Smitha Reagan, Ruchi Harwani, and Zahabiya Moochala, joined the round table discussion with Neha Atish, Head – Talent & Development; to share their transformative experiences. They spoke about how the program had significantly boosted their confidence and communication skills, empowered them to step out of their comfort zones, and encouraged them to take more initiatives and expand their contributions at work.
