Group HCD has launched the fifth batch of the First Level Leadership program – L.E.A.P. welcoming 18 dynamic managers from Gulf Metal Foundry, Al Gurg Building Services, Chattels & More, Al Gurg Distribution, Al Gurg Automation Controls, Scientechnic, Al Gurg Living, ESAG Tyres Batteries & Accessories, ESAG Real Estate, TTE Engineering & Construction and Mac Al Gurg.

The kick-off meeting familiarised participants to the program’s key elements, and shared expectations. It also introduced experienced facilitators who will guide participants through various learning modules.

LEAP is recognised by Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in UK and all participants completing the five-month-long journey will receive a certificate from CPD. The program offers a blend of interactive workshops, self-assessments, and practical applications to equip participants with essential leadership tools, promote personal growth, and help them foster engagement within their teams.
