Group Human Capital  (HCD) recently hosted an Emirati Employee Connect event. This was a significant initiative aimed at welcoming new Emirati joiners and fostering a strong sense of community within ESAG. It was a pleasure to see these talented individuals connect, bond and engage.

The line managers of these new joiners also participated in the event showing their commitment to ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees. ESAG will continue to support these new joiners as they contribute to the Group’s success.
